The Travel Development Program offered by the Grimsby Town Youth Soccer Club, provides a comprehensive training experience for soccer players. The program focuses on enhancing technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall player development. Participants receive guidance from experienced and certified coaches who foster a positive and supportive environment.

The Travel Program is designed for players in the U8 (born in 2018) to U13 (born in 2013) age groups.

 

This program comprises a select cadre of young soccer talents chosen to champion Grimsby spirit in the 2024 season. These athletes exemplify dedication, training intensively throughout the year to hone their skills for the upcoming outdoor competition.

These teams are hand selected by their coaches through a try-out process. these players will be chosen to represent Grimsby for their age group. The Travel Teams compete in the Niagara Soccer League (NSL), as well as representing Grimsby in tournaments across the region and province.

​

Teams will train throughout summer, winter and fall depending on coach/team commitment. Travel Teams receive additional training from Revolution Soccer to receive extra top level coaching. This will be once a week throughout the summer and winter period with Revolution Soccer Coaches.

​

The program incorporates both individual skill training and team-based activities, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and collaboration. Participants engage in regular practice sessions and have opportunities to apply their skills in competitive games against other clubs within Niagara/Hamilton.

Access to high-quality facilities further enhances the training experience for the Travel Program participants. The Grimsby Town Youth Soccer Club provides modern and well-maintained facilities that offer a conducive environment for skill development and player growth.
