The Competitive Development Program offered by the Grimsby Town Youth Soccer Club takes the next step in player progression. This program is designed for players aged U13 and older, representing a higher level of soccer development.

Our Competitive Development Program is a prestigious platform where young soccer talents are selected to represent Grimsby in the 2024 season. These players epitomize dedication, engaging in year-round intensive training to refine their skills for the upcoming outdoor competitions.

Selection for these teams is determined through a tryout process, with each player chosen to represent Grimsby in their respective age group. The Competitive Development Teams proudly participate in the Niagara Soccer League (NSL) and Multi-Jurisdictional Soccer Club League (MJL).

Throughout the year, these teams undergo training, including summer, winter, and fall sessions, contingent on coach and team commitment. 

​

Our program places a strong emphasis on both individual skill development and collaborative team activities, underscoring the importance of teamwork. Participants engage in regular practice sessions and have ample opportunities to apply their skills in competitive matches against other clubs in the Niagara/Hamilton area.
