Program Overview (THURSDAYS): 

 

The Grimsby Indoor Recreational (Thursday Training Nights) is our highest-quality indoor training program—built to help players improve fast through game-realistic training, tons of touches, and high-energy coaching. Every session blends skill development with competitive games so players stay engaged, confident, and progressing. This program is perfect for players to improve technique and have fun through training and mini games.

• Program Length: 10 weeks​

• Start Date: Thursday, February 5th, 2026 (moved from January 29th)

• End Date: Thursday, April 9th, 2026 (moved from April 2nd)

• Location: Central – 5 Boulton Ave (former Grimsby Secondary)

• Gender: Boys and Girls (co-ed)

• Registration: Open to all skill levels​ on PowerUp

• Program Fee: $180

• Times (U4-U6): 6:00–7:00 PM

• Time (U7-U9): 7:00–8:00 PM

• Time (U10-U12): 8:00–9:00 PM

• Equipment: Indoor shoes (NO CLEATS IN THE GYM), shin pads, water bottle, and a great attitude!

• PLEASE NOTE: Thursday Training is a separate registration from Saturday Games.​​

Program Overview (SATURDAYS):

 

The Grimsby Indoor Recreational (Saturday Game Day) is a games-only indoor program. Players take part in structured, small-sided matches designed to keep everyone involved, active, and enjoying soccer. This option is ideal for families who want weekly game play and extra reps through real games. Teams will change to ensure balanced play. Participants will get weekly indoor matches (small-sided format for more touches and involvement), organized games (with balanced play and minimal stoppages); and quick, positive coaching moments (to support learning and confidence).

• Start Date: Saturday, February 7th, 2026 (moved from January 31st)

• End Date: Saturday, April 11th, 2026 (moved from April 4th)

• Location: Central – 10 Livingston Avenue (Different to Thursday Nights)

• Gender: Boys and Girls (co-ed)

• Registration: Open to all skill levels​ on PowerUp

• Program Fee: $150

• Time (U4–U6): 9:00–10:00 AM

• Time (U7–U9): 10:00–11:00 AM

• Time (U10–U12): 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

• Equipment: Indoor shoes (NO CLEATS IN THE GYM), shin pads, water bottle, and athletic clothing

• PLEASE NOTE: Saturday Game Day is Part 2 of our 2-part indoor program. We also offer Thursday Training Night (Part 1).Thursday Training is a separate registration — families may register for Games only, Training only, or both.
