Dear Members,
On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are providing notice of a Special Meeting of Members to consider and vote on the proposed amalgamation of the Lincoln Soccer Club and the Grimsby Town Youth Soccer Club Inc.

The Current By-laws, Proposed By-laws, Board Transition Plan, and any supporting materials can be found here:
All voting related to the proposed amalgamation resolutions will be conducted in accordance with the Club's current By-laws and applicable governing legislation. Eligibility to vote, quorum requirements, and the method of voting will be determined based on the current By-laws of the Club. Online and or tele-voting will not be permitted for this vote.
The Boards of both organizations have undertaken a thorough review of this opportunity and believe that amalgamation will strengthen our ability to serve players, families, coaches, volunteers, and the broader soccer community. The proposed amalgamation is intended to create a stronger, more sustainable organization that can continue to provide quality soccer programming and opportunities for growth in our region.
Members are encouraged to review the materials carefully and attend the Special Meeting to participate in the vote. Members are asked to pre-register for voting here, If you are unable to pre- register to vote, you can still register to vote in person, after confirmation of membership status.
